Just the Facts: Giving Feedback to Inspectors

This Laboratory Accreditation Program activity is intended for Assigning Commissioners.

Description
Laboratories participating in the CAP Laboratory Accreditation Programs expect and deserve a thorough, detailed, and fair inspection. The purpose of a peer inspection is to improve laboratory performance through objective evaluation and constructive criticism. The more guidance and growth opportunities our inspectors receive, the higher degree of consistency and quality the CAP will achieve from one inspection to the next.
