Intended Audience
This practice management activity is intended for practice managers and pathologists with three to five years’ experience.
Description
Many practices struggle to meet their obligations to the clinician and patient due to poor management of their resources, which can often impact patient satisfaction, turnaround times, and higher operating expenses.
