Intended Audience
This practice management activity is intended for practice managers and pathologists with three to five years’ experience.

This activity builds off of the content of the Revenue Cycle Management course. The goal of revenue cycle management is to effectively bill and collect for all of the services your practice provided. Proper analysis and interpretation of your billing reports will likely reveal a great deal of diagnostic information concerning the overall health and financial well-being of your practice. In this activity you will examine strategies to manage the revenue cycle more effectively through the use of detailed billing analytics.
