Description
How you develop, lead, manage, and empower your team impacts your laboratory’s effectiveness and, ultimately, the patient care team’s ability to accurately diagnose and treat their patients. In this activity, you will review strategies for building and developing a successful team. You will learn principles of effective team leadership and best practices for managing a team. You will also explore ways to empower your team and optimize teamwork.
